(Light colour morph)Spiny leaf insects have great camoflauge with the adults resembling dead leaves, they can be rather tricky to spot in the wild as they hang from trees looking dead or swaying like the wind when they feel threatened.
 
They require minimal effort and are great for first pets or for kids in general, they just eat gum leaves.. a favourite being eucalpytus and require weekly swap out for fresh leaves weekly (maybe every few days in summer) and mist the leaves day and night each day.
